Ryan jack will sign for rangers.

1.) 15 May 2017 21:58:15
I would take him. I would also look at walker and paterson when fit

from hearts. Throw in a few players from abroad who Pedro knows and at least we'd have some hope to a better season next year. we also need a striker who will score at least 20 and garner isn't the man for that.

2.) 15 May 2017 22:46:03
I'm sure Paterson is going to b a free in the summer. Seems like a no brainer!

3.) 16 May 2017 00:48:50
If garner gets supply. he'll score. but that's the problem

4.) 16 May 2017 04:52:55
i said last week joey isn't a bad player, he will get 20 + goals next year given the right supply.

im pleased people are becoming realistic, we have very very little money to spend.

we can not attract players that the other side can due to their far superior reputation of developing youth. who was the last player we properly developed?

patt and jack are realistic.

things are looking up, keep it real we are on the way back.

5.) 16 May 2017 08:03:37
He will have signed, but it won't be confirmed news for a while with Scottish cup final coming up. Jack will rightly want a pop at silverware without the sheep support knowing he's signed for us.

6.) 16 May 2017 08:04:01
Joey Garner will decent supply is a goal scorer. There is no point in judging the boy this season, Warburton brought in an aerial threat and never allowed our players to cross the ball. Caixinha likes to play a mixture of cross balls, high balls and quick passing football. Garner will suit Caixinhas Tactics and formation. So far we've seen a 4-2-3-1 and a 3-4-2-1 both times Garner has been the one upfront. There is no point letting him go/ selling him. he cost us £1.8mil may aswell use him under Caixinha instead of buying another Garner.

7.) 16 May 2017 08:11:12
Apparently to unconfirmed reports Ryan jack has sign for rangers

8.) 16 May 2017 08:44:13
You're a bit late to the party Jhamilton.

9.) 16 May 2017 11:21:06
Paterson is a must. Solid player.

10.) 16 May 2017 11:26:13
Once we get a right back who can cross the ball and stop playing left / right footed players opposite wings who need to cut in to their favoured foots garner will get goals. we do not play to his strength's which is more direct with balls into box for him to attack

11.) 16 May 2017 11:32:55
How many have Celtic developed, Teirney and?

12.) 16 May 2017 12:54:08
Garner will score at least 25 nxt season if used correctly and in this team.

Wallace, Wilson, Alves, Tavs,
Rossiter, Dorrans,
Atayaki, Miller, McKay,

13.) 16 may 2017 16:35:53
sorry but we need better than wilson who for me has had a shocker of a season few good performances but sooo many times i've seen him out of position and the amount of people that have glided past him this year its rediculous but with proper competition he may yet become the player he had the potential to be.

i wouldn't sell him but we need players like alves and another solid cb with more pace beside him.

id like to think that we will be getting in one or two goalscorers as that's was our problem at the beginiing of the season.
we where always the better side but couldn't score or defend but we had the chances to.

garner for me is more of a liability and i think he secretly wants to be in the wwe as he spend more time thinking of how to hurt sum1 than he does on how to get past them

11 May 2017 00:24:48
Been reported that Birmingham manager harry redknapp may try and sign nico kranjcar!

1.) 11 May 2017 03:54:58
Sell him

2.) 11 May 2017 07:07:36
It's a strange 1 for me on kranjcar he does have undoubted quality but can he cut it in the Scottish league and stay injury fee especially after his last injury I very much doubt it, I think if we could get anything for him from Birmingham I would sell him

3.) 11 May 2017 08:02:25
It was a cert as soon as arry got the job people would say he wants to sign niko as he's signed him for every club he's been at

4.) 11 May 2017 08:06:44
Has it genuinely been reported or are you falling for everyone taking the piss outta Harry saying he'll get the "band" back together.

5.) 11 May 2017 11:03:51
To be honest I think Niko is past it anyway, wouldn't care one way or another. He was already struggling with bad injuries before he came to us, and has never looked fit really.

6.) 11 May 2017 13:40:05
Great player, but let's be honest he can't even run properly now and he's got no chance of staying fit in our league with plastic pitches etc either. It's a shame, a fit Niko would be a fantastic addition to the squad.

7.) 11 May 2017 22:47:37
I would happily get him off the wage bill tbh. He was looking decent before he got injured but nothing special like his Spurs and Pompey days. He's reportedly our top earner so i'd happily move him on for free to Birmingham and use the wages on Naismith regardless of how he left he's far better than the standard of player in our squad Kenny aside

8.) 13 May 2017 00:30:50
Niko is 50/ 50 for me great player rangers fans never really got to see how good he could have been this season and can do rangers a good turn nxt season if fit on the other hand with his injury is he going to be same player or another david templeton daniel prodan andy webster injury prone now so never see what he would have done for the gers

9.) 13 May 2017 00:50:58
Two minds about Nico although we could prob get 500k for him and as someone said a big wage off the Bill

14 Apr 2017 18:30:24
Apparently Ryan jack has no interest in joining rangers and if he was to leave Aberdeen his preferred destination would be England!

1.) 14 Apr 2017 19:11:47
We all no why . MONEY . don't care what anyone says my boyhood team came calling to me i would put on the royal blue jersey of the glasgow rangers and play for nothing

2.) 14 Apr 2017 21:35:07
If the boys a true rangers fan he would walk over broken glass to play for us. He would be a good addition to our squad good solid all round player.

3.) 14 Apr 2017 22:03:17
Has he ever said he was a Gers fan, only thing I've seen is that he's a local boy?

4.) 15 Apr 2017 00:20:17
g4 he isn't going to come out publicly and say he is a Rangers fan while he is Captain of their nearest rivals, but he is and has been since a young lad. A lot of his family are Rangers supporters, goes back to his Grandfather who is from Maryhill.

5.) 15 Apr 2017 07:54:43

Nah he's a youngish lad, who can give his fam secuirty, if you were offered to play for the gers, or make 5times as much and set yer wee ones up for life? you would be selfish to go with your heart and no the wee ones future.

so put yourelf in shoes, also av heard he's ger and also that he's an aberdeen man so let's see what happens.

6.) 15 Apr 2017 09:46:19
Says he will either stay with the sheep or move to England. Not interested in a move to Govan.

7.) 15 Apr 2017 22:51:32
Don't think Jacks coming if he knew there was a chance and he was open to it then the best thing to do would have been to say nothing OR that being the subject of interest from any team is flattering etc but to say to your Manager that a move to us was not on speaks volumes IF it is true that the player did in fact speak to his Manager

8.) 16 Apr 2017 14:45:44
Read my comment further up in detail for a full explanation on this but Short version yes He is Ger through and through but His soon to be wife wants to well her preference is to stay in Aberdeen or England and Bring up there family there and not the goldfish bowl of Glasgow where problems can be caused because of the oldfirm devide and she dosent want to go through this at schools for young kids etc him single or no family would walk over hot coal fire down to Ibrox, no this cause i know the family his niece plays in the same team as my daughter Aberdeen laddies my daughter also respresents Scotland and She is only 17 and Jack often watched the home games on a Sunday if Aberdeen wasn't playing that day.

13 Apr 2017 08:10:21
Barrie McKay has turned down offer to extend current contract!

1.) 13 Apr 2017 08:50:02
Let's be honest, yes Barry McKay is a decent player, but not consistently enough, if he doesn't want to extend his contract then bye Barry, if u don't wanna stay we don't want ya, keeping and signing players that want to stay / play for rangers is an absolute must

2.) 13 Apr 2017 09:59:10
Well said Fleetwoodbear, No man is bigger than Rangers Football Club

3.) 13 Apr 2017 10:01:28
Yep he still got year left on his contract so sell him now and if he doesn't want go then freeze him outa football. hd soon want go then

4.) 13 Apr 2017 10:07:55
If anyone has any sales background you pretty much never accept the first offer to start a negotiation. Just more scaremongering by the Scottish press. Just like all these stories about the prem teams buying Celtics entire team. All talk, not believe any of it until confirmed! All aimed at enticing us away from kings sound progressive business model.

5.) 13 Apr 2017 10:28:26
Wee McKay is a decent if not inconsistent player, I get the impression he's starting to rate himself as Billy Big Bollocks! if that's the case then get rid of him! don't need any premaddonas in our team when we're trying to pull together

6.) 13 Apr 2017 11:04:02
Warburton will be in for his teachers pets in summer. McKay, Tav, Kiernan (please please please) and possibly Waggy. Give McKay a good deal and log him to Forrest for £4m cash with 12% sell on. Wont forget McKay pulling out of 60/ 40 tackles and coming off pitch having not worked up a sweat.

7.) 13 Apr 2017 11:05:56
Lads let's calm it with the "we don't want ya" and "freeze him out" chat. you have no idea what the offer was from rangers, it we low-balled him would you expect him to sign it? I suspect we will offer him more money in the coming weeks and he will sign a new contract. let's not start turning against our own!

8.) 13 Apr 2017 11:31:27
Mckay young talented lad personally i would get him on 4 yr deal see how next 2 yr go if need b cash in on him as who else right now can we sell for desent cash personally no one except maybe £500.000 to £750.000 for walace or tav

9.) 13 Apr 2017 12:10:25
It's all fake news! Perfectly normal for almost every player to turn down the first offer.

It's a great way to encourage all the fans who are desperate to slag off the team on here!

Seems to me that based on early performances, Pedro will be able to improve Barrie and turn him into a better more consistent player who can be sold on in a few years for a decent sum.

In the meantime, just get behind the players and offer encouragement

10.) 13 Apr 2017 14:35:30
Forrest don't have 2 bob to rub together. There's no chance he'll go there. The report his story comes from hints that Everton are waiting in the wings for him. Pardon the pun.

11.) 13 Apr 2017 15:56:17
Should slap a big price tag on him like the rest of our competitors do.

12.) 13 Apr 2017 17:22:20
Get shot of him. He is an internationalist. Only 21 he will bring in decent money. I would take £2m now.

13.) 13 Apr 2017 17:24:44
Have just began discussions and this is opening offer Long way to go. Yes he needs to add to his game but he has been our best player for last 2 years and has a fantastic touch. Really want the boy to stay and flourish under the new manager.

14.) 13 Apr 2017 17:26:57
I don't think mckay is as good as he thinks he is yes he's got a good 1st touch and a wee bit of trickery but let's be honest most professional footballers should . his decision making is poor and he can't cross a ball i would cash in if we get a good offer for him.

15.) 13 Apr 2017 17:27:20
Anybody that trains wearing a wooly hat, snood and gloves in April is a snowflake and needs punted in my book 😂.

16.) 13 Apr 2017 18:44:17
Get warburton on the phone he was always touting him as a player. Wee Barrie to Nottingham Forest!

17.) 13 Apr 2017 18:45:44
with mckay if any clubs want him for a decent fee plus sell on percentage they should let the lad leave he is not consistent enough and the funds would help pedro in the transfer market he does not get enough goals or assists for the position he plays.

18.) 13 Apr 2017 18:47:00
Cardiffblue, that's enough of talking sense for 1 day mate 😂👍.

19.) 13 Apr 2017 18:51:45
I'd sell him in the summer, as someone said hopefully warbs comes in with a daft offer. If we get over 2mil for him, grab it. 70/30 tackles he craps himself, too inconsistent, too light weight, his final ball is awful. I'm not turning against the kid because he refused to sign a new contract. I actually said this last season.

Dodoo showed mckay in 5 mins at aberdeen how its done. Dodoo has to get a run of games, build his confidence and me might just have a gem. He has the attributes, physical, pace, height and we know he can finish.

20.) 13 Apr 2017 18:57:36
Barrie's a very talented player but very inconsistent and the end product isn't the greatest at times! IF he's not interested in signing a new deal sell him and use the money to get Vladimir Weiss back!

21.) 13 Apr 2017 19:17:46
don't understand only 4 months ago Barry was rated at 8 million and lepzig wanted him how has it changed?

22.) 13 Apr 2017 23:15:00
What is it wi these so called superstars.
Surely Mckay should look at the rest of the billy big boys who left the mighty Rangers and done nothing with their careers . Rhys McCabe, Jamie Ness, Lewis McLeod, Greg Wylde, all decent when they broke through and thought they were better than us, moved on to bigger things! Dunfermline, Scunthorpe, Brentford and Northampton. Well done lads 😂

23.) 13 Apr 2017 23:05:44
Guys, look at Pedro's presser today, he deals superbly with question on Barry without committing either way. Believe Pedro rates the lad and wants to work with him and develop him into a special player. Barry should continue to discuss all aspects of the next stage of his career including medium and long term. Believe Barry is best served by agreeing improvement to his current deal and agreeing that the next and critical phase is best served at Ibrox.

24.) 14 Apr 2017 09:16:26
"Dodoo has to get a run in the team" C'mon, things are getting stupid on this forum now.

25.) 14 Apr 2017 15:15:10
Everton? are they no in the top 6 of the epl?

lucky to go to shewsbury, he needs time to develop now he is mr inconsistent .

and the 4 million carry on? lucky toget 2 millon, no euro experience.

26.) 14 Apr 2017 16:51:54
I wouldn't say dodoo is physical tbh

09 Apr 2017 11:38:58
Johansson to be named pedro's no3.

1.) 09 Apr 2017 12:24:32
Seen that today! What happened to a local lad to bridge the gap between players and manager? 🤔

2.) 09 Apr 2017 13:37:48
A bit of a shocker didn't see that coming thought Ferguson was a cert

3.) 09 Apr 2017 14:45:26
Really hope not

4.) 09 Apr 2017 15:30:01
Super scoreboard tweeted ped the ted has confirmed this is true

5.) 09 Apr 2017 15:33:48
Where u were born or grew up doesn't matter. He spent most of his playing career in uk and since he retired has been based and coached in scotland and been working for the club so i think he has the necesary 'local knowledge' and understanding of the game here and the club. Good luck to him

6.) 09 Apr 2017 17:58:33
I for one am happy with the appointment of Johannson
He has past experience with the club and Scottish football, has worked as a youth coach and is highly thought of enough to be the assistant coach of Finland
He should have is finger on the pulse when it comes to Scandinavian players as well which is market we haven't really been looking at for a while.

7.) 09 Apr 2017 18:27:41
That's him officially appointed good luck but I would have preferred Barry

8.) 09 Apr 2017 19:13:54
Yes jj wasn't my no.1 choice for our no.3 job but good luck to him! I'm certainly right behind him! Jonatan johansson is caixinha's choice and we should all trust and back our manager and his team! Could prove to be a really good, shrewd choice! He done well with the motherwell under 20's!

9.) 09 Apr 2017 23:41:27
In terms of everyone being surprised about ferguson not getting the job: Barry is a strong character and he comes with an ego, I this Pedro will avoid upsetting the apple cart and with someone like JJ he has someone who brings honesty but is not overpowering.

10.) 10 Apr 2017 21:11:26
bruno3, the ideal job description of a 'yes' man?

11.) 10 Apr 2017 21:17:03
im not sure jj can bring the passion to the players the barry would but i do think he is a smarter man when it comes to football

Lescott has decided against a move to rangers due to family reasons!

1.) 19 Aug 2016 12:15:40
he couldn't agree terms after rangers found a problem with his knee.

Every right not to be happy with the garbage I've been watching for the last few years. They are an improvement on the current imposters but still way short of what is required to close the gap.

Only concern with the likes of jack and Patterson, are they players who will get us near Celtic. Very much doubt it!
