Heart and hand podcast reporting Kamara to Leeds for 5.5m. great business, if turns out to happen.

Rangers Review and a number of high profile Leeds accounts on twitter also reporting it. It seems Kamara is about to exit. One year too late in my opinion but a 100x profit is welcomed and is an excellent example of a working player trade model.

If Rangers were waiting for this to go through, or to know their champions league fate before dipping back into the transfer market, we may see some more action as early as next week.

2.) 22 Aug 2023 15:44:03
If it goes through, do you think Beale will get the full amount to reinvest? Hope so.

3.) 22 Aug 2023 16:56:25
How long before our fans blame Beale for making him leave and saying they rated him and wanted to keep him ?.

4.) 22 Aug 2023 18:25:42
I’m just waiting on the posts saying he’s a talent, has something to offer, better than what we have, like recents ones about Sakala and Hagi.

5.) 22 Aug 2023 19:11:14
Don't forget Colak trueblue, that boy was world class, ha ha.

6.) 22 Aug 2023 19:13:48
Honestly liked glen was a good player but raskin in a upgrade imo.

7.) 22 Aug 2023 19:18:31
I though Kamara was an excellent player once he settled in, but totally lost his way recently. I wish him the best.

8.) 22 Aug 2023 19:54:43
Similar for Hagi would be great. And invest in another 2 incomings ?.

9.) 22 Aug 2023 21:26:31
Glen Kamara at his best was a wonderful player- ball retention was superb however he'd lost his way and better he goes.

10.) 22 Aug 2023 22:19:53
GM89, here's hoping it's true, we need him gone asap.

11.) 22 Aug 2023 23:06:45
True blue glen kamara is a talent has proved that many times in a rangers jersey unfortunately he lost his way and his attitude hasn’t been the best but he is still definitely a talent. If he goes to Leeds or anyone else for that matter for 5m then that’s great business for the club and all the best of luck to him.

12.) 23 Aug 2023 06:45:36
Kamara was a great buy at £50k but, when his pal Aribo left for Southampton, his form dipped rapidly. £5m, if true, is a good piece of business imo.

13.) 23 Aug 2023 08:48:36
Wish the lad all the best, great return on him but he's not really been decent for us for a couple of seasons.

14.) 23 Aug 2023 10:01:13
Hope we add a decent sell on clause too.

15.) 23 Aug 2023 13:07:16
If Matondo keeps progessing great, but still need a back up or alternative to him, Wright, Hagi, Lundstram, Davies still possibles to leave on top of Kamara money so if those go the cash should be available for a real winner .

Would like to see a real athlete in midfield nothing too pacey or powerful in there just now.

16.) 23 Aug 2023 14:48:11
Believe it when I see it.

17.) 23 Aug 2023 17:12:12
Foolmonty - is Aribo at Leeds? If not, how will Kamara ever cope?

18.) 23 Aug 2023 21:49:18
Can always rely on verdant to make a non story up haha.

last night we were simply beaten by a better team, and weather we like it or not financially we can't compete with these teams. they bought a CH at the same price as our summer signings. we wanted to keep Tillman as a starter and he's on the bench for them, we attempted to sign Veerman and signed with them. Europa league is the level we are at and until we can defend simple cross balls and cut out defensive errors the league titles will be a big ask.

1.) 31 Aug 2023 09:48:28
What about Killie. Our squad is 1000x more of a gulf. They beat us.

2.) 31 Aug 2023 09:49:40
Europa has some good teams in it this year GM, might be a step too far even in that one, UNLESS we improve big time, and apart from Butland, and a flash or 2 from matondo, who is going to take us to the next level?

3.) 31 Aug 2023 09:54:30
I share your thoughts GM, but it was a sore one and sounded so bad on radio mate.

4.) 31 Aug 2023 10:09:53
It’s the manner of the defeat that’s the issue no fight no heart and just terrible defending.

5.) 31 Aug 2023 10:47:54
JimB killie was a new team playing together which always makes it hard in itself, add to that the shocking pitch that has been commented about since it got put in and finally sometimes upsets happen.

BAR72 yes it has some very good teams but I do believe that's our level and have shown that from the last 2 campaigns in it.

we do need to learn not to crumble in these type of games when we lose a goal it was highlighted last season in the competition and against celtic on the first game of the season that when we lose a goal we seem to struggle for a period after.

I have been reading this page for years but this is my first time posting.
The abuse some people give for rumours being past on is shocking. People need to lighten up a bit. i understand debates and differences in opinions but some people get down right nasty on a personal level when somethings seems far fetched or turns out to be wrong.

lighten up guys and get behind the team.

I love all the rumours.
Always great to read from those ITK and those that are just bat sh£t crazy.
It's the ones that have obviously just read the MSM and pass it off as their own that I can't be bothered about!

I'm not a Beale fan and never really was from the start as I never believed we played much different than under Gio. but if this rumour is true then how does this look to potential new managers? We seem to be turning into an Abramovich Chelsea (without the money) sacking managers every 6 months or so when its not working. We need to actual see a project through and give a manager time to build and sadly maybe sacrifice a season or 2. Or we need to burst the bank and literally get a manager in give him like £40million and take a huge risk to make the champions league a few seasons in a row.

so far clement has followed in the footsteps of the past few managers and his record highlights that. they have all got a tune out of the players when there is zero pressure on them. then when we get into an actual battle we bottle it and clearly manager included. we even bottled the league under Gerrard and won with no fans. is this just coincidence or is there really more to it?

your facts and numbers I don't doubt but that's one transfer window, but double our budget is a lot for one window.
You also have slightly twisted the info to suit.
You forget to point out that they can afford to pay loan wages and fees for players from the likes of Barcelona.
They also paid more wages and sign on fees than rangers can afford which is why certain players chose them over rangers in years gone by.
