Couldn't believe worrall started, barisic not starting I could see as he has been average recently and big Flanagan solid at left back . However I couldn't believe how well worrall played, he was superb . Looked composed and a lot sharper than the weekend . Funny old game football eh?

Obviously the boy Worrall was still quite rusty and needed game time. I'm sure Gerrard knows which players can do what and he has to get them to that level. It happened with Kent and Ejaria when not so long ago many fans were screaming that they were dross. Coulibaly and Flanagan have also suffered at the hands of the boo boys and the keyboard critics.

Yes i felt sorry for katic getting left out but i have to say Worrall hade a great game the header at the end that lead to the goal was excellent there's to many dafties on hear to quick to criticise some players.

Hard to be too critical to worral for Sunday as the whole side were poor, however he did need a big match last night and he delivered. We have 3 very good centre backs now and i'm sure we will use each of them accordingly. Would imagine katic will come back in vs hearts on Sunday.

Yip agree totally, full team played their part tonight, but i also thought ryan kent was absolutely outstanding and MOTM for me! Us supporters, just like our manager touched on, created a fantastic atmosphere and we were superb, in our vocal support, for our club and the team we love! Go on the famous glasgow rangers! let's GO!

Why is Worrall starting again ahead of Katic? Katic hasn't put a foot wrong and Goldson looks far more composed with Katic next to him.

I believe it's part of Worrals loan agreement - to play a certain number of games to gain experience. Whether or not it includes Europe though I'm not sure.

I would prefer Katic playing in front of Worrel but I hope fans don't turn on Worrel. The problem we might find ourselves in though is a player who is ours is unhappy over a loan player playing in front of him.

Katic has been good for us and doesn't deserve benched. In my honest opinion our defense is a stronger 1 with him in it, although goldson has been good aswell i would say katic has been better.

Morning Bears. Big game tonight. Any thoughts on the team subject to injuries and ineligible players? For me, I wouldn't play Lafferty and Morelos together. He probably won't, but I'd like Flanagan in at right back and push Tav into midfield and also have Kent and Middleton as wide players/ wingers.

I'm assuming Barisic is ineligible and Jack still injured.
