Daily Record sayn we could let O'halloran go to hearts on loan. This just wouldn't make any sense if we give them to hearts on loan.

1.) 18 Jan 2017 00:02:04
Give him to hearts a meant lol

2.) 18 Jan 2017 00:59:13
Would be ridiculous if true. Why would we loan a player to one of our main rivals for 2nd place? If he goes out on loan it needs to be to a bottom half team. Caley, partick or the like

3.) 18 Jan 2017 00:59:13

4.) 18 Jan 2017 08:39:50
Nothing surprises me anymore at Rangers! I guess the theory is that he couldn't play against us but could help Hearts defeat Aberdeen etc. Unfortunately that only works if we can be confident that we are going to win all our games and I don't see that happening with our current team!

5.) 18 Jan 2017 08:51:25
we are supposed to be after Sam Nicholson from hearts so could this be away of getting the young lad Nicholson to come to rangers we are sweating the deal buy offering them ohallaran if this is not the case then ohallaran should go no where near hearts with the amount of intrest in ohallaran other team must see something in him our club must be in desire straights and king wants wage budget cut if we need to save 2 k on wages

6.) 18 Jan 2017 09:19:59
Depends how you look at it. It might be a perfect opportunity for him to show MW what he can do. Playing at Hearts might be the making of him. MW doesn't fancy him, but it might just work to our favour.

7.) 18 Jan 2017 09:45:26
Will be exchanged for the boy Nicholson.

8.) 18 Jan 2017 10:52:23
Cuillin, if MW doesn't fancy MOH. then why the donald duck did he spend £500k on him?

9.) 18 Jan 2017 10:56:43
You better ask him that. He isn't playing him, is he?

10.) 18 Jan 2017 12:41:37
He's not playing him because he just hasn't been good enough. 2 and a half good games at Ibrox isn't good enough and he is technically very limited.

11.) 18 Jan 2017 12:50:50
Can see the reasons for it and also the reasons against it, however i think we should use MOH as a way of bargaining a good price for Patterson.

12.) 18 Jan 2017 16:29:21
I thought Paterson was out for 10 months? I think he is also out of contract in the summer as well. There was talk of Hearts offering him a new deal otherwise he would be without a club when is back from injury and not sure if any club would want to sign him without him proving his fitness, although that hasn't stopped us in the past lol.

13.) 18 Jan 2017 17:27:35
We don't need to use MOH as a bargaining tool for Nicholson. He will be at end of contract so we just sign him on a pre contract agreement.
Why would we want Patterson, he is out for 10 months, unless it is to keep Rossiter company!
Warburton is doing his best to follow Weir in losing credibility after the latter concluded that £100m wouldn't buy a team to beat Celtic. He has more attacking midfield players at Rangers these days than any other team in the league yet he is struggling for a goalscorer, he doesn't have a holding / defensive midfield player and he is struggling for two centre backs.

Perhaps our Chairman should spend more time in the UK or is the team that bad that he can't watch them for 90 minutes. Are we really that bad!

14.) 18 Jan 2017 22:25:08
this is crazy we should say if u want out on loan then fine but not to a rival give him to motherwell or something.

if he can play against us i'd be scared as our defence is slower than a week in the jail

15.) 19 Jan 2017 08:59:32
Tomusa you didn't even watch weirs interview or you would know that he said 100 million does not guarantee success and it doesn't.

16.) 19 Jan 2017 11:33:19
Sounds a good plan - the lad never plays because he hasn't cut the mustard. Ship him to Hearts, get him fit and let him play against the other SPFL teams and maybe help take points of them, but he can't play against us - ideal. If he does well, get him back - if not, we have a fit player ready to sell.

17.) 19 Jan 2017 15:13:52
I agree MOH isn't really that great technically I would use him as a trade incentive for Patterson if Patterson was on a big deal I'm sure his contract goes out in the summer and he just got a serious injury, may be able to pick him up for free this summer

18.) 19 Jan 2017 19:12:28
@ Cee I'm sorry but 100million in Scotland most certainly does guarantee success. Not England but definitely here! Weir is talking out his a*se.

08 Jan 2017 06:20:01
We want Scunthorpe goal keeper.

1.) 08 Jan 2017 20:37:54
Why waste money on signing luke daniels the Scunthorpe utd goalkeeper when we have the no.2 highly rated replacement for matt gilks, already at the club! Bring liam kelly back from his loan deal at livingston! This young keeper is very highly thought of at ibrox! I've seen him playing myself, i honestly think he'll be the future no.1 at rangers, a few years down the line!

2.) 08 Jan 2017 23:47:49
Kelly needs game time no point him sitting on the bench as a no.2

3.) 09 Jan 2017 12:14:21
He's already been out on loan twice mate! Replicating what happened to allan mcgregor ie. out on loan with dunfermline and st. johnstone and came back and become the rangers no.1, enough said!

04 Aug 2016 17:58:46
Warburton said he doesn't know anything about us wanting senderos.

1.) 04 Aug 2016 19:59:12
people are just mentioning every free agent.

2.) 04 Aug 2016 21:13:01
Its the bloody media they just take the piss constantly.

3.) 05 Aug 2016 09:28:36
It's mostly agents, if one of their clients is unemployed or due to be made a free agent imminently they will comb potential job opportunity's throughout football. One tactic used by agents is to inform media of non existent interest, the media then report this and then sit back and gauge the reaction of fans or entice said football club into thinking their client is interested. Media will still report it as information received whether it is true or not.

4.) 05 Aug 2016 16:16:27
The wait goes on then. May aswell not sign a central defender at all.

02 Aug 2016 13:55:23
Hearing chamakh is at Murray park. dunno if its true or not just have to wait and see.

1.) 02 Aug 2016 14:58:43
Seems to be gathering pace this one a lot of different people saying the same.

2.) 02 Aug 2016 15:14:47
I doupt it can't see a player like him flying into glasgow getting into murry park with not one media outlet finding out about it so I'd say this is not true and he is not.

3.) 02 Aug 2016 15:28:44
Lot of people saying there is genuine interest.

These same people said the same about Ings, Grigg, Van Persie and best of them all Jordan Larsson though.

No one is really ITK. Apart from MW, DW and FMcP.

4.) 02 Aug 2016 16:53:27
He will lay the Chamakhdown on Celtics candy a**es.

5.) 02 Aug 2016 18:59:29
Sorry but i don't believe this story, if he was at Murray park the media would be all over it.

6.) 02 Aug 2016 20:55:43
It's not true

7.) 02 Aug 2016 23:48:26
Here is a link I found online which I had translated, it basically suggests, in March, that he could be joining us.

26 Jul 2016 14:43:08
Rangers preparing a bid for aston villa striker Rudy gestede.

1.) 26 Jul 2016 14:54:41
BS, he signed for villa for 6 million last year, and if we weren't wanting to spend 900k on bradshaw we aren't going to be spending the 3-4mil villa would want for gestede.

2.) 26 Jul 2016 15:04:03
Just posting what I seen on twitter transfer page.

3.) 26 Jul 2016 15:20:02
Could be a loan, but I doubt it. I'm guessing they could be meaning qpr.

4.) 26 Jul 2016 15:36:15
did we even want Bradshaw?

5.) 26 Jul 2016 16:00:43
Caw 1 its supposed to be QPR that's interested in signing him not us bro.

6.) 26 Jul 2016 16:03:09
Don't even think we wanted bradshaw.

7.) 26 Jul 2016 16:43:51
It says its us. its on the fl92 transfer page on twitter. qpr wanted him but that was about a yr ago.

8.) 26 Jul 2016 18:34:24
Word on the street is our next signing will be 'sensational'. Certainly rules out lafferty. Don't know if striker or defender. Sounds real exciting if true. Anyone any clue?

9.) 27 Jul 2016 18:00:39
You don't half get some rubbish on this. Charlie Adam is a terrific player. he's just not a box to box hard worker which Watty was looking for. Did well at 3 EPL Teams. says it all. As for him being fat. I sat next to him at Firhill one day, he was suspended and i can assure you, there wasnt a pick on him. The way he wears his strip, and the way he runs make him appear to be heavy. but he aint.

15 Apr 2017 23:59:45
How long is hill out for because a fear the worst if bates starts against Celtic.

1.) 16 Apr 2017 02:29:08
The boy can't be that bad if we've had 3 clean sheets when he's played! His confidence will only grow

2.) 16 Apr 2017 08:49:50
Stu is blue

He has looked a bit nervous and shaky in possession of the ball but he has done well however it's one thing keeping clean sheets against Kilmarnock, Aberdeen and Partick Thistle but another keeping a clean sheet against Celtic

3.) 16 Apr 2017 09:04:02
Are u for real Caw1. The two lads have been a great at the back. Stability and do the simple stuff well. Who else would u play? Kiernan? Hill is not the answer and will be gone in two months.

4.) 16 Apr 2017 09:52:03
I thought the young boy has been tremendous. Too many on here want ourselves to fail. We are rangers supporters so support! The last two games the boy has been solid I think some aren't watching games but instead read match reviews off the Internet or BBC who have their own agenda of doom when it comes to us, me I'm maybe blinded by love when it comes to this club but if I where to think about it I'd go for the boy who has played all month and been a part of a defence that has kept clean sheets over the guy who has been out injured a day I can remember being in a side that had three clean sheets in a row or defeated a top four side away from home, but we are all entitled to an opinion but surely when all you do is spout negative crap and abuse at the team you support do you ever think that you could be crossing a line as this isn't support would you effectively not be a supporter, just a thought

5.) 16 Apr 2017 10:19:09
What games have you been watching. Bates has been solid? The Bates boy has been really nervous in all the games and nearly sold a few goals. On the other hand Clint hill has been on of our best players this season. I'd take hill for the old firm.

6.) 16 Apr 2017 10:31:24
@bengy25 - none of our regular centre half's have keep clean sheets against Celtic this season so what's your point?

7.) 16 Apr 2017 11:35:20
Union Jack

If you read what the posters have said on this thread you will see a lot want Bates to keep his place as he has played in a defence that has had 3 clean sheets. I pointed out that it's easier to have clean sheets against those teams than it is against Celtic. I also said that I feel he has been a bit nervous and shaky in possession. I think the Celtic strikers would take advantage of this and would punish us. I'd rather Hill played as he played well in the last game and he is a goal threat

8.) 16 Apr 2017 11:49:11
Can't believe the negativity towards bates! We've now had three clean sheets on the trot. One being at the sheep which if Warburton was still in charge would never of happened as he would of had his golden boy kiernan on the team sheet. I would be more worried against celtic if bates wasn't playing! As union jack said what has our previous defence done to warrant at start against celtic? And it doesn't matter if we conceded against them, it's goals that win you games and I'm more worried about going forward. What I mean is if we do concede it doesn't mean bates shouldn't be in the team. He's still learning. I'd start dodoo and miller in a heartbeat. Garner concentrates to much on wishing he was part of ufc and waggy is a bottle merchant! Keep everything tight and we definitely have a chance. We've already shown we can match them on the pitch. Would make my year if we could put a stop to they're treble chances. The old firm nerves have started already! 😱

9.) 16 Apr 2017 14:28:54
Bit harsh on Bates. First two games the boy was nervous when he had the ball, he made a few bad first touches and wayward passes. yesterday i can only think of the first 5 mins when he made a mistake. Defensively i think the boys been doing just as good as hill and kiernan. Yesterday you could see his confidence was growing when he was stepping up to the halfway line to win the ball.

10.) 16 Apr 2017 14:48:49
Hill will be back Sun

11.) 16 Apr 2017 16:59:01
Whats to fear? Side with him in it hasn't conceded

12.) 16 Apr 2017 16:59:35
Why do people think Bates is Bad! If he and the team managed to get 3 clean sheets in a row it's obviously because the defence is doing something right!

13.) 16 Apr 2017 16:59:38
Why do people think Bates is Bad! If he and the team managed to get 3 clean sheets in a row it's obviously because the defence is doing something right!

14.) 16 Apr 2017 16:59:56
Caw1, give young bates some credit! Like stu-is-blu says he can't be that bad with our recent run of clean sheets, something we couldn't do under warburton! He's still inexperienced and young and had the odd wobble but he's a good no nonsense centre half! Have some faith in the boy as his performances in general have been good!

15.) 16 Apr 2017 16:59:44
Bates has done a fantastic job for us. let's get behind him.

16.) 16 Apr 2017 16:51:16
Give bates and beerman a chance, its the only way to help their development. The old saying goes its sink or swim.

17.) 16 Apr 2017 16:53:39
Last time we played them we only conceded 1 and our centre half scored the equaliser. The point is I'd rather have Hill than Bates. Hill was superb in the last old firm game and can pop up with a goal

18.) 16 Apr 2017 16:57:49
How come as soon as you take off the blue tinted specs you are 'negative'? Bates is doing okay, he's had a respectable but nervous couple of games, I hope he goes on to be a good defender for us. But there's no way he's ready yet to go up against the mhankies, a bad game could set him back months.

19.) 17 Apr 2017 01:33:38
How come when fans are excited and optimistic about a player other fans suggest there's a blinkered bias?

Is it not cause to be encouraged by 3 clean sheets in a row, particularly the clean sheet against Aberdeen just after they came off the back of hammering Dundee. Hill has been OK but with all due respect he was the best of a bad bunch under Warburton but our defence has improved without Hill so don't see any reason to change what's clearly working.

15 Apr 2017 14:25:23
Would of started dodoo ahead of McKay and waghorn fs

14 Apr 2017 21:56:04
Jonathan cafu from ludogorets is a really good striker think we should table a cheeky bid for him 😁

02 Apr 2017 04:19:40
Jon toral is an att mid no a holding mid that's why we haven't seen the best of him.

1.) 02 Apr 2017 10:53:02
Toral is away at end of season so why does it matter? From seeing that game Rangers need a new team. Only Fordingham comes away with any credit. Rather than brining in 11 free transfers Pedro needs 5 or 6 half decent players. Will need to get rid of 5 or 6 there now but who is going to buy them?

So thinking its only about getting to the end if this season and it will be all right then dream on. This is a long term problem. King may take a punt in order to get european football income but that is the only chance of seeing any quality at ibrox soon.

2.) 02 Apr 2017 14:43:34
Fully agree Johnnymac; we need investment and we need to hope that someone will come along and buy the likes of McKay for decent money. Who knows, maybe Warburton will take a punt on some of s dodgy signings

I'd like to see Pedro bring in a few South American stars that can play a bit of football and also get stuck in when necessary. Too many cowards in the current team!

3.) 02 Apr 2017 15:18:05
Barrie McKay is our best player. We should be signing players to play with our better players while getting rid of the oldies and crap.

4.) 02 Apr 2017 16:45:04
I would cash in on young McKay now. he is far to weak and couldn't tackle a fish supper in my opinion. he's far too inconsistent.

5.) 02 Apr 2017 20:46:47
Mckay created most of the chances v Motherwell.
Got to agree with Cee.

6.) 03 Apr 2017 14:11:14
Not in a position to hold onto Barry plus if his agent let's him know that there is interest from other clubs he could double his wages easy so whether we wAnt to keep hint could be out of our hands and if a player doesn't really want ti be at Ibrox then the decision is already made and I truly think that it is the case we can only hope a club puts in a decent bid!

11 Mar 2017 13:00:32
A keep posting this but wtf is happening with dodoo. is murty blind?

1.) 11 Mar 2017 13:08:20
Do you watch him training everyday?

2.) 11 Mar 2017 14:31:32
What is it with all this dodoo stuff he just is not very good hence why he can't get a game simple as that.

3.) 11 Mar 2017 15:58:12
He's came on and scored goals when given his chance

4.) 11 Mar 2017 18:38:56
New manager starts Monday. All the players start with a clean sheet. Dodoo has the chance like everybody else to impress. I for one hope he takes it. No fears tomorrow Rangers so get "intae rem"

5.) 11 Mar 2017 21:09:25
How do you work out that Murty is blind?

6.) 11 Mar 2017 21:20:30
No offence fellow gers fan but maybe its you whose blind. He may well progress next season and i hope he does but he's not done enough to justify selection. Too skinny nit strong enough and certainly not for tomorrow. Possible place on bench though

7.) 11 Mar 2017 22:11:39
Play Dodoo and he will get goals. Shocking that he has not been given a fair chance.
