EHL how do you rate Cortes? I know you see him close up but what's your opinion on his ability?
Do you think he can improve the team when he's fit to take us to the summer?

Did anyone notice how subdued Hagi was after the final whistle, also Raskin’s beautiful comments about him when presenting him his MOTM award?
Hope the rumours of Hagi being away in January aren’t true.

Just a wee thought.
Does anyone think that PC is frustrated at the quality level of the players that has inherited but can inly defend them? Take that will the inexperience of the younger guys he has brought in
He gives them a game plan that they cannot carry out for many reasons e. g our main striker wants to be anywhere else apart from bursting his arse to get to the ball first to do his job as a ‘striker’
Our Captain isn’t the best defender and has went of the boil in comparison to previous seasons.
PC has won previously with 2 seperate clubs and is extremely well thought of in Belgium.
He has seen it all before so I wonder if he’s frustrated at how the players are letting him down or maybe that the board have not fulfilled their part of the deal but not giving him the required funds to improve the team?
I’m not sticking up for him but football managers are the epitome of hiding the truth from the outside world.

When PC came to us he said he likes to get the ball forward quickly and play attacking football! Our Striker touches the ball 11 times in the 1st half. We spend most of our time passing it about at the back with no creativity in a pedestrian fashion.
I wanted GVB gone because the style of football was boring.
I’m afraid to say that now I think the same about PC.
I completely understand we are in the middle of a rebuild but our striker cost more than a couple of million and he’s awful.
Team lacks fight, direction and vision.
Bad day today but will continue to support the team I love but they are beginning to break my heart.

EHL does he look happy within the squad? He seems very introverted when I've seen him.
Only an observation though. He was highly regarded when he arrived so would like a decent look at him. Plus team spirit is comparable to being successful so would be nice to know he gets on well with the group.

I know we haven't seen much of him, but when he has played, to me he hasn't looked interested and that he'd rather be somewhere else? Seemed like he didn't want to grab his chance?
That may be down to a possible personality clash with BF and he wasn't going to give his all for him? Just my opinion though. Maybe EHL can shed more light on it with regards interaction at training.

@EHL do you know if there are things going on in the background regarding player targets / recruitment etc?
Surely the new owners are planning for progression in Europe and won't be leaving things to the last minute to get manager and team in the door?

Just watched the interview with AC and PM and on first impressions am very impressed in the way they conduct themselves.
Think AC is a very assured individual whereas PM seems a more friendly engaging person. However, by no means would I think they would suffer fools gladly.
Looks a very optimistic and exciting time ahead.

I think it's a clever appointment by the board.
We have already invested in the young talent that PC brought in so if Barry gets these guys to the level PC told the board they would achieve then it maximises the possible sale price of them if a new manager comes in and deems them not to fit in his style of play then at least we'll get a decent return on them.
Added to that, Barry and the staff won't take any prisoners or passengers. I'm sure Tav has spoken to him a lot throughout his years at the club and knows what Rangers means to him.

You obviously see them daily at close quarters, do you believe that to be true by the way they act?
