Any truth in Davies missus being terminally ill, reason for his absence.
1.) 01 Sep 2022 19:20:59
I sincerely hope not.
2.) 01 Sep 2022 19:23:18
Wouldnt be a far off estimation by the look of it, supposedly she was diagnosed as terminal a while back. i'm sure we can all agree that if that's the case whatever time they need they should have. I don't like to pay too much attention to the murdoch rag for obvious reasons. And while they do have a track record of some poor taste articles it would be a new low to get this one wrong.
3.) 01 Sep 2022 19:32:02
Oh no that's terrible. Feel for the lad. Puts things into perspective ?.
4.) 01 Sep 2022 19:50:18
If true so sad big guy and his family need all the time they need and privacy.
5.) 01 Sep 2022 19:51:09
That’s shocking and awfull if true
my thoughts and prayers with him him his wife and family ?.
6.) 01 Sep 2022 19:55:09
She had cancer pre joining the club. Apparently it has come back. He is not injured.
7.) 01 Sep 2022 20:00:43
Shocking news. Hopefully not true?.
8.) 01 Sep 2022 20:08:51
Heard this at weekend. Family always comes first.
9.) 01 Sep 2022 20:11:41
Darth with all due respect where did you hear that? I've never heard those words muttered anywhere. I sincerely hope this is just a disgusting rumour for him and his wife's sake. Also as harsh as it sounds if the club knew that before signing should they of thought twice. Personally I believe gio saying he is injured and back soon, why would they say he's back soon, if his wife's terminal surely they would say its looking like a few months ect so all goes quiet dor the guy. I hope this is just a nasty rumour and we see him fully fit soon.
10.) 01 Sep 2022 20:27:00
Not sure what the current status is. His wife had cervical cancer and delayed treatment as she was pregnant. They had a healthy baby. I hope for the very best for them. I hope our fans give them the respect they need.
11.) 01 Sep 2022 20:50:53
Arfield does it matter if u haven't heard those words muttered! **** sake man.
12.) 01 Sep 2022 20:51:27
Arfield - her previous diagnosis was in the press before and I think they both did a fair bit of interviews around it to help raise awareness in younger women - lots of suggestions it's unfortunately returned. Awful news and quite inspiring what she's overcome. Let's hope it's not true and all is well.
13.) 01 Sep 2022 21:01:26
Just posted to see if anyone had heard similar hopefully for the big man's sake it is a lot of sh**te.
14.) 01 Sep 2022 21:09:47
my thoughts for him and his family.
15.) 01 Sep 2022 21:13:54
@arfield. She was diagnosed at 19 apparently dude. Its all speculation because there doesn't seem to be anything concrete coming from either of them. But its otherworldly sh*te regardless.
There was an article in the daily record in 2019 claiming she was considered terminal then! If that's true shes done extremely well. Got a few cases of cancer around me and saying chemo is crap is a bloody understatement. With a bit of luck he's off to support her through some treatment and that's all it needs to be for both their and the kids’ sakes. As much as we all would want him out on the pitch, this sort of thing has to come first.
16.) 01 Sep 2022 21:59:07
Nobody should be posting anything personal to the players this type of thing personally should not be speculated they would rather not having to deal with speculation / Gossip.
17.) 01 Sep 2022 21:59:21
If that's the case, family always first. Wish them well.

Tav is by far not my favourite or even regarded in the same way some others do! But the guy has gave us service which is a dying action in the modern game! any ex player or team mate only speaks in glowing terms of his professionalism and as much as I would regard his departure as a move away from the old, he will in all honesty be sorely missed in his input in to our squad.
1.) 07 Sep 2024 01:53:43
I’ve been a fan of Tav but unfortunately his race has been run. Many need to realise though that he has played pretty much every game for the last decade almost. At this point PC has to take him out of the firing line and at least rotate/ rest him if he doesn’t leave.
2.) 07 Sep 2024 09:49:18
It may be true that Tav has passed his peak but some of the vitriol he has received is totally out of order. He may not be the greatest leader in terms of shouting and screaming on the pitch, he is not the greatest speaker with the media but as club captain, from all I have heard, is that he is exemplary in his conduct, is respected throughout the club, trains hard and consistently, is a a great role model for younger players and gives his time to younger supporters. As a player, he is regarded highly by opposition players and fans. He remains one of our better players and certainly one of our best technically. He produced our only decent shot on target last week and set up Cerny to be one on one v Taylor or Scales numerous times only for the attack to break down. For every anectodal negative instance on the pitch, there are many more positives. If he goes, as always, we will find someone to replace him but we will do well to find someone who shares his robustness, longevity and, indeed, ability.

Just checked out the price for the PRE SEASON FRIENDLY against Man Utd. 92 quid now for an adult ticket am I searching the wrong outlets? This is surely a joke.
1.) 16 Jul 2024 23:19:19
They’re on Ticketmaster a bit cheaper than that but think they’re all resale tickets so still 60 quid.
2.) 16 Jul 2024 23:25:27
I wouldn't pay that money for a meaningful match against them in European competition let alone a friendly against their reverses presumably with the added expense of travel to Edinburgh.
There must surely be much cheaper options?
3.) 16 Jul 2024 23:50:23
Think thus was priced by Man U and outwith our control.
4.) 17 Jul 2024 07:24:35
I have one up for sale on ticketmaster rangers end. 44 quid.
16 Feb 2024 22:21:48
As much as we've gained a bit of momentum result wise I'm really not getting carried away with this Beale side clement has inherited! Says a lot about the big man that he's got a tune out them but we're still a good bit away from the side I think PC will wish to create.
1.) 16 Feb 2024 22:56:10
Defo a good bit of were he wants us to be therns, but he will have the vision of where we are going and the types of players he needs to achieve that vision.
2.) 17 Feb 2024 00:23:45
Correct. Sure beale actually had more points after his 1st 15 games? Poss more?
3.) 17 Feb 2024 07:37:44
There is a difference though, Paul.
Clement has won a trophy and has us competing for the title.
4.) 17 Feb 2024 08:29:15
Mph fully agree. Clement looks class and some difference to the side. But not getting to carried away and only stating facts. i think.
5.) 17 Feb 2024 08:59:15
Beale started well, but it didn't last long.
6.) 17 Feb 2024 09:59:52
Paul first 15 league games Mb 34 points
Pc 40 points.
7.) 17 Feb 2024 11:11:31
RIP the 'Wee prime minister'. I remember this forward line inthe 1960s: Scott, McMillan, Millar, Brand, Wilson.
I don't think McMillan got the credit he deserved and was an underrated footballer. Rest in peace wee man.
8.) 17 Feb 2024 13:27:12
Amen to that DOIGER. great wee player.
11 Aug 2023 20:02:22
The stats way the wing backs are crazy check any the beats "accurate crosses" there delivering it's only accurate when a striker reads it and get in the end of it! I will say I think Borja puts more than Tav in to the right areas.
1.) 11 aug 2023 21:39:52
he puts far more dangerous balls i'm thn tav, but both put far too much balls om anyway, it's all we do for years,
2.) 11 Aug 2023 23:52:35
That’s amazing due to the bille the UBS spout every game.
09 Aug 2023 22:47:08
Thing is we looked spineless in attack for 3 years there with the same attacking line up. Even if questions are being asked this early of our current buys at least they are showing signs! Lammers looks a player, Danilo is clearly not match fit and big dessers although not looked great has been consistently doing it for a few years now! I think it'll click I'm optimistic.
1.) 09 Aug 2023 23:15:15
Danilo should be match fit. He played all preseason for Feyenoord and was banging in the goals.
2.) 10 Aug 2023 02:44:53
Should be didn’t look it though.
19 Jul 2024 22:58:14
Ricksen anybody?
28 Jan 2023 17:16:48
I’d take him nae bother don’t understand the pushback from folk, proven goal scorer in Scotland.
Only downside is it’s another player that could breakdown.
01 Sep 2022 21:01:26
Just posted to see if anyone had heard similar hopefully for the big man's sake it is a lot of sh**te.
24 Jul 2024 23:19:13
We got a player that was once a spurs target for 30m for nout there’s obvs sutin up way the guy! And it’s clear PC doesn’t trust him.
24 Jul 2024 21:27:55
Articulate way to say we look rubbish! What yous think of tav being back in but butland missing! Have we been offered dough for him?
22 Jul 2024 22:42:19
Strum graz 5-1.
19 Jul 2024 23:12:35
Can we really compare the position of right back in the modern game to what it used to be? In eras gone by defence and attacking attributes where required! There is very few in this cycle that can do both.
19 Jul 2024 22:29:45
Wit lyk maldini Neville or walker the renowned goal scorers?
