It is clear that the Manager and players needs to stop trying the trash talk. Sir Walter didn't use these tactics. let's do our talking on the park. This club has shown humility and respect in the passed and is built on that foundation. No more please Mr. Beale.

Agree boys we've always done it on the park this should never change.
Hopefully ridvan, soutter, hagi and Lawrence can make up for lost time when the they are fit and up to speed feel we have badly missed them not to mention a few others this season. It will give us a better idea of what we need transfer wise once we know how these boys are shaping up.
Not sure how accurate those figures put up by someone the other day stating, that our players are getting paid considerably more than that other mobs players. If those figures are true? How have we managed to get ourselves in this position of over paying a team of underachievers? Would really be interesting to compare the 2 wage bills for each team. If anyone has these figures could you please post it.

Trash talk? What trash talk for goodness sake? Informing fans of injuries and recoveries? Answering the most witless questions as best he can? Seems to me some 'supporters' just hunt around the dusty corners of their tiny minds to find something to moan about. Beale is good in front of the cameras and will become even more polished and accomplished as he gains more experience and maturity. For crying out loud give my club, staff and players a break and try supporting them.

We are going to have to bring more quality in the summer, Beale will have to get more right than wrong in the next two windows, and not the opposite of what’s gone wrong with signings this year, at the end of the day if we are in similar position next year then the wolves will be circling.
He said on Sunday he knows what he needs for next season so let’s see.

We need rid of Wilson . Our transfer record since he arrived is appalling as witnessed by the fact we are still relying on most of the guys from before his arrival. Most of his signings have not been good enough for Rangers or so injury prone that even if they are decent they are never fit to play. There are bargains and good deals out there without having to settle for guys like Souttar, Roofe, Matondo, Helander, Ramsey etc. etc. I`m not a fan of Porteous but he`s as good as Souttar and injury free but we were not interested in him . Why not? Almost every deal he makes is hyped up and then falls on its bum . Don`t know how the board don`t see it.

I have been one of Wilson's biggest detractors but for me the problem lies higher up. From what I can see, too many of the current Board lack ambition, their ambition stopped when we stopped Celtic from securing 10 in a Row!
We are fortunate to have Bisgrove and equally fortunate to have got rid of David Graham however we need new blood, new money and new ideas!, on and off the pitch.
With the right level of financial support I believe that Beale can bring success to the club but we need the stability of solid funding and an ambitious strategy to take Rangers forward to be the dominant force in Scottish football as we have been in the past.

" We spend a fortune developing these players and regularly have nothing to show. We are always on a five year plan and start again three years into it!
