I have been given Raheem Sterlings name from a few people I know today as a possible target for us. Good player in his day but I'm unsure on how I feel about him coming to us and doing a job.

Sterling would fit the 'big name player' hype folk have thrown around. Risky for sure, but only 31, and surely still capable if he's fit and firing. I wouldn't be against one or two wildcard players like that if it made financial sense for us. But seems unlikely.

For me, Devlin and Barron are very similar players. Add Neil to that, as well as Raskin and Chukwuani, all able to play 6. I don't see where Devlin fits unless we have players moving on.

Going to add in a couple more as I see there open to offers to comply with PSR and I think the Ivan Pandur sale fixed that as the date was June 30th

However is there more potential deals to be had from them?

Apart from the two I mentioned above
Charlie hughes 22 years old could be good investment as well as Abu Kamarra right and left winger who can also play as a forward only 22 years old

Do you think Any of these guys would be a good option if a deal can be done?

Could be a good signing, young, fast, can play both wings, and affordable, and could be a real good resale value down the line.

Posting this but many will be aware I'm sure so Chris Jack said today that Rangers and Bologna have had initial contact and Rangers are aware of the transfer fee required and wages required to bring Ferguson but a deal is NOT close.

He went on to highlight there is interest in him from England and Italy name checking Roma as a big competitor for him before saying Ferguson has one more big move in him.

The belief is this is one that would take a lot of moving pieces to fall into place to happen and the emotional pull of Rangers would have to do a lot of heavy lifting for the player as well. Not dead but not as alive as being said.

Again this could be the line the club are feeding him, could be 100% fact, but just need to ride it out and see what happens.

But, as Star has said, another injury and has had an op and will miss start of season.
So, if there is real interest, might wait and see how his injury goes for January or even next summer.

I've been told by more than one source that Mikey Moore will be coming back, and one of the people who said this said there is a distinct possibility that we may buy him rather than a loan deal, but if this was the case there would be a hefty percentage of the next sale going to Spurs.

I'd take Curtis all day every day before Moore, he'll be gd down the line, but excellent for us is a stretch, he done OK, too many blind alleys, caught in possession, pass when he shouldn't n not pass when he should, can get further development elsewhere and use our dough for ours.

SWS, I believe that Skoglund was at the Training Centre and that we agreed a fee for Reynolds - however, haven't heard anything concrete in terms of movement on either.

From what I understand, McInnes asked the club to prioritise the signature of McCrorie ahead of any of those deals - hence why it happened so quickly.

eyes now that sometimes you need a few signings like that, that have no resale value but they pay their transfer fee back in other ways, ie goals in big games and in Europe that gets you prize money etc.
