bluedreamer how is it becoming a joke exactly? PC has already stated players need to leave before we can bring players in.
we have certain agreements in place as mentioned on here plenty of times but need to shift bodies. that's why when Goldson and Lammers went we were quick bringing players in.
we need to be patient and let the madness of this week just happen. there will be ins and outs.
the players that have left so far total to nearly 10M in wages per year.
Cantwell and Hagi will go last day most likely, davies going has freed up 27k in wages which is why we have submitted bids. few others will follow in coming days. can see another 3 or 4 coming in and same out by friday.

The way some folk go on you'd assume every club that buys or sells players near the end of the window must all be a shambles. Most clubs have been slower in making deals this summer. Most clubs got players they still want to offload. If i was HaGi or Cantwell i'd be questioning why their agents haven't been able to find their player a new club when they have known for 3+ months they aren't in Rangers plans.

Interesting comment Tel, I am at a meeting with guys that are close to the England set up and no mention of Butland at all. Biggest rumours as far as we are concerned continues to be inward investment, (which both John and I have been hearing from different sources for a while now) .
Lots of rumours seem to be swirling round the place on new money but nothing that we are not seeing on-line about rumoured signings for us.

I rate Butland and he's one of our best signings for a long time imo. With a solid defence in front of him he would be even better! However atm, playing for us he is getting knowhere near the England squad. Conceding 3 etc to Ross County is NOT going to get him international caps. They've a few in the EPL that are playing weekly against many of the best players in Europe.

The way Butland carries himself on and off the pitch is great.
Cant really blame Butland for the goals against County or Dundee. just terrible defending as usual. How many times has Butland saved us.
